Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 cups oats
  • 2 cups nut butter
  • dried cranberries, raisins, nuts, chia seeds, and other dried fruits , optional

Equipment

  • 9x13 pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Flatten mixture in 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown.
